We are a Husband-Wife real estate team located in Chico and serving the wider Butte County area. As professional full-service Realtors, we are able to assist buyers, sellers and investors at all stages of their home ownership journey.

Prior to Real Estate, we were both in the military (Brittney served 10 years in the US Navy and Nick served 15 years in the British Army). From our previous careers, we carry forward for our clients a strong work ethic and uncompromising high standards. The reason we thrived in our previous careers was our service-based attitude, that means that we are motivated by helping others.

Nick started his real estate career with a top producing team and took on the role of Operations Manager. He was responsible for developing and overseeing the systems and processes to deliver outstanding service to clients, training agents and stepping in when needed to handle the difficult and complex transactions. His thoroughness and attention to detail ensures that his clients and teammates have the edge at all times.

Brittney was the Listing Manager for a top producing team which saw her handling all aspects of listing and marketing homes. Her diligent and compassionate approach made the process as simple and stress free as possible. Using knowledge of motivation gleaned as a Psychology major, she has been able to develop custom marketing strategies that create maximum interest and competition amongst buyers resulting in the best possible price and terms for our sellers.

  Provide administrative support to Real Estate Agents by performing various tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, monitor email inboxes and handling/preparing correspondence.
