The UH-60 Helicopter Technical/Training NCO serves as the full-time Company Training NCO responsible for managing and executing unit training programs. This position oversees technical training, readiness reporting, and maintenance-related training for UH-60 Black Hawk operations, ensuring compliance with Army aviation standards and safety requirements.
Serve as Company Training NCO for UH-60 operations
Manage and track unit training, qualifications, and readiness
Coordinate aviation maintenance training and resources
Ensure compliance with technical manuals, SOPs, and safety policies
Manage training documentation, reports, and records
Support maintenance readiness and inspection programs
Supervise and train Soldiers performing UH-60 maintenance
Prepare unit training plans and readiness briefings
Current CA Army National Guard member
Eligible grades: E-5 – E-6
Must qualify for MOS 15T
SECRET security clearance
Current Army Fitness Test (AFT) pass
Meet Army height/weight and medical standards
Must meet AGR eligibility requirements per AR 135-18
No UCMJ pattern indicating lack of integrity
Minimum score of 104 in aptitude area MM
