Position Summary

The UH-60 Helicopter Technical/Training NCO serves as the full-time Company Training NCO responsible for managing and executing unit training programs. This position oversees technical training, readiness reporting, and maintenance-related training for UH-60 Black Hawk operations, ensuring compliance with Army aviation standards and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Company Training NCO for UH-60 operations

• Manage and track unit training, qualifications, and readiness

• Coordinate aviation maintenance training and resources

• Ensure compliance with technical manuals, SOPs, and safety policies

• Manage training documentation, reports, and records

• Support maintenance readiness and inspection programs

• Supervise and train Soldiers performing UH-60 maintenance

• Prepare unit training plans and readiness briefings

Minimum Requirements

• Current CA Army National Guard member

• Eligible grades: E-5 – E-6

• Must qualify for MOS 15T

• SECRET security clearance

• Current Army Fitness Test (AFT) pass

• Meet Army height/weight and medical standards

• Must meet AGR eligibility requirements per AR 135-18

• No UCMJ pattern indicating lack of integrity

ASVAB Requirement

• Minimum score of 104 in aptitude area MM
