We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Composite Hand Lamination Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing composite layup operations to manufacture high-quality composite parts. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in pre-preg ply placement on open face tooling, ply orientation and material consolidation techniques. Additionally, proficiency in performing vacuum bagging, debulking and knowledge of curing operations are necessary for this role.
The target base pay for this position is $18-$20/hour. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
