As a Commercial Field Service Technician with the Commercial Crew-Based Energy Team, you will play a critical role in supporting Tesla’s mission by performing maintenance and troubleshooting across commercial energy products, including Solar PV Systems, Energy Storage (Powerpacks, Megapack 1, Megapack 2, Megapack XL), and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. In this entry-level, crew-based position, you will collaborate across the Tesla organization to diagnose issues, ensure operational success, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. This role requires 100% travel within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states), with flexibility for weekend work, overtime, and overnight stays.
