The Community Development Department is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Building Division, Plan Review Section. The Senior Engineer will frequently communicate and collaborate with developers, design professionals, inspectors, contractors, other City departments, as well as Sacramento’s diverse general population. This position will effectively lead and train a team of engineers. Organization and time management skills will be key to juggling multiple assignments and projects for this position. IDEAL CANDIDATE STATEMENT
The ideal candidate will have experience plan reviewing or designing complex buildings/structures using all building materials and construction types.
