The Shred Specialist is responsible for receiving, segregating, and loading wastepaper into paper shredding equipment, along with performing various warehouse support duties. This position is part of the local operations team and helps coordinate daily shredding volume, ensure services are completed, and prepare the team for the following day. Responsibilities: Assist with unloading and staging shredded paper, media, and products from VRC trucks at the assigned branch. Operate and maintain shredding and baling machinery. Ensure paper bales are properly staged or loaded for shipment. Perform shredding operations in support of the off-site shredding program.
