Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Truck Driver to transport goods and materials over local, regional, or long-distance routes. The ideal candidate will operate commercial vehicles in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high standards of customer service and delivery accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a tractor-trailer, box truck, or other commercial vehicle to transport goods.
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues before and after trips.
Safely load, secure, and unload cargo.
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair records.
Follow all applicable traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse staff.
