Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel-powered ready-mix trucks and related heavy equipment Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, braking systems, steering, suspensions, and electrical systems Perform preventative maintenance inspections to ensure fleet safety and reliability Repair and maintain hydraulic systems (preferred experience) Document repairs and comply with all safety and union requirements Qualifications: Proven experience with diesel engines and heavy vehicle or equipment maintenance Military mechanical backgrounds (e.g., motor transport, heavy equipment, maintenance roles) are highly valued Welding and hydraulics experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment We are conducting  immediate interviews  and have an urgent need to fill these roles.
