Outside service staff will manage the preparation of golf cars for player use, as well as cleaning and prepping cars as they come off the course, while safely and properly storing them nightly. Prepare the range, upkeep range image throughout the day, close range at dusk. Properly clean, load, and store member and guest bags. Assist with player services, the bag drop, and getting players on and off the golf course. Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot. Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings. Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning. Assists in administering daily golf operations, including sales, merchandise support, POS operation, handicap and tee sheet management, and on-course or golf shop duties. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day golf operations and delivering exceptional customer service to guests. The position reports to the Head Golf Professional and offers opportunities for professional growth in golf club operations. Assist in administering POS application revisions and needs related to green fee sales, merchandise sales, and member/guest billing. Coordinate with Accounting Departments on policy and procedure revisions, updates, and implementation.
