Position Summary:
The Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at Calbee America is responsible for leading the company’s regulatory strategy, ensuring full compliance with applicable U.S., Canada and international food regulations, packaging requirements, and internal standards. This role serves as the company’s subject matter expert on FDA, FSMA, labeling, claims, and third-party certification programs, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure product integrity, risk mitigation, and consumer safety. The Director will oversee regulatory documentation, product specifications, label approvals, audit preparedness, and vendor compliance across all Calbee America operations and manufacturing partners.
