Systems include, but are not limited to: Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points (WAPs), Mobile Devices (Tablets, Cradle Points, MiFis, and Smart Phones). The selected SM will serve as the Power Platform subject-matter expert, developing and maintaining products including PowerBI and PowerApps. Additionally, responsibilities include installing printers and applications, troubleshooting Audio/Visual systems and VoIP phones, and on occasion, assist with site visits throughout CA.
