Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Entry Level Driver Trainer to join our team. This  position is responsible for delivering high-quality driver training to new and entry-level drivers,  ensuring they meet company, state, and federal safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a  strong background in driver training, safety compliance, and coaching, with a minimum of five  (5) years of training experience. Key Responsibilities • Conduct classroom and behind-the-wheel training for entry-level drivers • Instruct trainees on safe driving techniques, defensive driving, and company policies • Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback • Administer road tests and skills assessments • Maintain accurate training records and documentation • Coach drivers on proper vehicle inspections, logbook procedures, and safety protocols...
