JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT / SPECIALIST COACH BASIC FUNCTION The Assistant / Specialist Coach supports the Varsity Head Coach and program staff in delivering an education-based athletic experience aligned with the mission, philosophy, and policies of the Placer Union High School District. Under the direction of the Varsity Head Coach, the Assistant / Specialist Coach focuses on skill instruction, character development, teamwork, and creating a positive and safe environment for student-athletes. This position emphasizes teaching, mentorship, and preparation consistent with the InSideOut Coaching philosophy.
