Job Description and Duties Under the general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor I, the Information Technology Associate (ITA) is responsible for providing support and assistance to multiple software development projects for the Application Testing Unit within the Software Development Group (SDG). The ITA works with various project teams and will assist with activities related to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ITA will analyze business needs, document business requirements, assist in designing business process changes, and perform all manner of software testing activities for the Software Development Group.
