Key Characteristics Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) support to students participating in Spanish-speaking-only academic programs, particularly during application, registration, residency verification, and Financial Aid navigation. Conduct limited one-on-one or small group Zoom sessions for students needing additional assistance beyond self-guided tools. Guide students to use Spanish-language support videos for key enrollment processes (e.g., how to apply, how to register, how to check for holds).
