Basic Function The Associate Vice Chancellor, Human Resources serves as the chief operational leader for District Human Resources and is responsible for the strategic direction, coordination, and oversight of district-wide human resources functions. The position provides executive leadership for specialized HR divisions including Talent & Workforce Operations, Employee & Labor Relations, EEO/Civil Rights & Title IX Compliance, Leaves, Benefits & Workers’ Compensation, and Organizational Development & Training.
