ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm, providing product knowledge and assistance to enhance their shopping experience. Deliver personalized solutions that meet or exceed guests' needs by asking open-ended questions and thoughtfully pairing similar items to enhance their experience. 2. Accurately record retail transactions including cash, credit card, Earned Rewards and comps through Point-of-Sale System following proper policies and procedures. Maintains a cash drawer and balances drawer maintaining a minimum of variances. 3. Restock merchandise to ensure the store is appropriately supplied at all times.
