Classification: ANALYST III Under the general direction of the Deputy Division Chief, the Analyst III will collaborate with the Senior Transportation Engineer and GIS Manager, and provide leadership for the development and continuous improvement of people, processes, and technology to support the Caltrans Encampment Report Tool (CERT). The incumbent also supports the oversight of the Caltrans Encampment Cleanup Crew (CECC) program by monitoring operational outputs, tracking and anomalies, documenting program benefits and accomplishments, and ensuring crew members meet all required training and safety compliance standards.
