  I. Job Summary The Program Manager, Key Accounts role performs compost sales and marketing duties and provides a high-level of customer service for compost customers. This position will understand compost markets and value throughout the territory. This position will develop new markets to increase the sales of finished compost.  This position will require the employee to conduct customer site visits the majority of the week, including territory wide travel throughout northern CA and Reno, NV, with the rest of the week working from the WM area office in Lodi (day travel with intermittent overnight travel).    II.
