Position Summary: Rack and Pull Industries is seeking a mechanically inclined and experienced motorcycle rider to join our team as a Motorcycle Frame Repair & Alignment Technician. This is a hands-on position focused on motorcycle collision repair, frame alignment, drivetrain alignment, disassembly, reassembly, and specialized motorcycle repair equipment. The technician will work directly with experienced personnel to learn Rack and Pull's frame repair processes, equipment, and standards. This position is intended to develop into a larger role within the company. As the technician gains experience and demonstrates the ability to complete repairs accurately and independently, there will be opportunities for increased compensation and responsibility. The long-term goal is for the right individual to eventually take a leadership role in the collision center, allowing Rack and Pull Industries to expand its operations.
