Under the direction of the Supervisor, Radio Systems, the Physical Security Technician I, is responsible for facilitating repairs, service and maintenance of various Department of Public Safety (DPS) managed programs and systems for all aspects of the Casino, Hotel and Tribal Government Access Control databases.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   1.  Responds to phone calls, emails, voicemail, verbal requests and work orders.  Issues and tracks work orders; documenting all repairs, services and maintenance performed.
