Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point, CA is seeking a Player Assistant to support a fast-paced, hospitality-focused golf operation. This role assists with on-course guest service, pace of play management, communication with golf operations staff, and maintaining course standards. Maintain professional appearance. Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses. Communicate and assist the Pro Shop in keeping an accurate pace of play. Communicate with Starter and Pro Shop about any pace of play concerns. Monitor course cleanliness. Assist Outside Staff Attendants as needed. Advise guests of course conditions, expected pace of play, local rules and other golf-related issues. Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
