To supervise, lead, assign, and review the work of subordinate building inspectors performing rule specific inspections, plan review, project management, or case management activities for conformance with building plans, specifications, codes, ordinances and standards; perform other related duties and responsibilities as required. SUPERVISION RECEIVED/EXCERCISED A higher-level administrator or management personnel will provide general administrative or technical supervision. This position provides general supervision of personnel in all disciplines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on assignment and certifications, duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Provide supervision to Building Inspectors 1, 2, 3, and 4, and lower level staff.
