SUMMARY OF POSITION The County of Monterey Health Department currently has two (2) vacancies available for the position of Personnel Technician- Confidential in the Human Resources Division. This position will assist professional human resources staff by performing a variety of work in the areas of recruitment and examination; classification and compensation; employee benefits and leave of absence coordination; employee relations; personnel transactions; and other HR related duties.
