Description The City of Anaheim Planning and Building Department is seeking an experienced Building Inspector III to join our Building Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned building professional to apply advanced technical expertise while inspecting some of the City's most complex commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and multi-story construction projects. Building Inspector III is the advanced journey-level classification in the Building Inspector series. In this role, you will perform complex combination inspections, interpret and apply building codes, conduct structural safety investigations, and work collaboratively with contractors, architects, engineers, developers, property owners, and City staff to help ensure projects are safe, code-compliant, and completed efficiently.
