JOB DUTIES:

Provide attention to
client’s non-medical needs

•  Medication reminders
• Physical/mental activities
  and exercise
• Lifting and transferring
• Light housekeeping
• Groceries, meals and
  errands
• Personal care
• Observe and document
  changes in client condition

REQUIREMENTS:

• 18 years or older
• Able to work in the US
• Register with the HCA as a
  caregiver
• Pass Employment Screen
• Current TB/PPD Test
• Able to stand, walk, use
  hands and fingers, reach,
  stoop, kneel, crouch,
  speak, hear, see and write
• Use smartphone app to
  document client condition
• Training, mentorship and
  promotions available

Becoming a caregiver is as easy as completing these four steps!

1. QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the US
• Pass background check
• Travel to clients’ home
• Experience preferred but not necessary

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Register with the Home Care Aide Registry
  ($35 Setup Fee)
• Complete CbaH Employment Application
• Get LiveScan (cost vary by provider)
• Current PPD/TB test results
• Documents for employment

3. INTERVIEW/EMPLOYMENT

• Interview and showcase your talent
• Complete employment documents
• Background check and eligibility verification
• Determine schedule and needs

4. ONBOARDING

• Review local, state and federal
  requirements
• Health, infection control and safety
• Company goals, policies and
  procedures
• Offer and hire finalization
