- graduated from a California P.O.S.T. Basic Peace Officer Academy or Recertification Course within the past 3 years (DO NOT APPLY if your academy certificate will expire within 6 months of application);
- ability to provide a copy of their California P.O.S.T. academy or requalification certificate; and
- ability to provide a copy of their academy final examination - RBC Module I score (or LD90 for Requalification).
