BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain any and all support systems and agricultural box forming equipment in the plant and at remote locations. Facilitate and/or participate in equipment relocations, improvements, retrofits and overhauls.

SPECIAL EDUCATION SKILLS, TRAINING OR QUALIFICATIONS THAT ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB: Basic electrical theory, AC motor theory, basic welding, machining skills, pneumatics. Must have good verbal and written skills. Must take
the PSC Electromechanic evaluation test to be considered. This position is for someone with very strong Agricultural box forming experience on a wide variety of machine types and brands. Technical degree or Certification in Industrial
Maintenance, Professional demeanor in all customer and company encounters, Strong analytical mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting, Electrical troubleshooting a plus, Proficient in standard and metric systems, English literacy, Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules, Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record, Strong written and verbal communication and customer relation skills, Good listener in order to understand customer concerns, Must be able to work independently while prioritizing work load and meet deadlines, Results oriented with attention to organization, detail and accuracy, Ability to move around equipment at client site as needed to diagnose and repair equipment, Work with hand-tools, Proficient using power tools, hand tools, smart phone and tablet PC, Up to 25% overnight travel and Up to 80% day travel.
This position requires the ability to become forklift certified and Boom/Scissor lift certified
Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.

TRIAL PERIOD REQUIRED: Ninety (90) Days

WAGE RATE OF THIS JOB: PSC Maintenance Pay Scale; Depending on professional & technical experience
