As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for preparing metal components to exact specifications through grinding and polishing processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills in metalworking, and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes. Responsibilities: Operate grinding machines to smooth and polish surfaces of metal parts or components. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Requirements: Proven experience as a Metal Grinder, Polisher, or similar role. Proficiency in using grinding machines and hand tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
