This position is located at the Fontana Field Office in Fontana.

This is a Travel/Relief position for the DMV Region VII Office and is based out of the Fontana field office. This is a Travel/Relief position, housed in the Fontana DMV Field Office which will entail travel assignments to field offices throughout Region VII. The incumbent will primarily administer drive test and driver performance evaluations; learn, interpret, apply, and communicate the provisions of the California Vehicle Code and related laws and regulations, especially pertaining to the licensing of drivers and registration and ownership of vehicles; analyze situations accurately and take effective action; follow directions; communicate effectively; prepare clear and concise reports; establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public and coworkers; train other employees; process commercial licensing related documents, vehicle verification; and perform other duties as required.
