Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 Hourly

Overview

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Associate Maintenance Technician performs basic equipment repairs, routine maintenance, and work order documentation to support manufacturing operations. This role also partners with the Safety team on equipment LOTO audits and inspections.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support equipment trial runs
• Complete accurate maintenance documentation and work orders
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns
• Support LOTO audits and inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work collaboratively to minimize production downtime

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical and safety documentation
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; CMMS preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and off shifts as needed
