Position Responsibilities:

Interprets the production schedule and daily concentrate inventory to prepare for incoming ingredients and production of blends Inspect equipment and area for food safety and personal safety issues before starting and throughout shift and perform ingredient inventories and first expired first out process Provides samples of product to quality assurance for analysis as needed in a timely manner Transfers products from barrels and totes to salts tanks as needed and removes and records all tags from each tote used Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 2 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
