Overview:
The Salesperson plays a key role in delivering an exceptional car-buying experience by assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs. This role combines product knowledge, communication skills, and a strong customer-first attitude to achieve individual and dealership sales goals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive sales environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle selection process
• Build rapport and maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Present product features, pricing, and financing options
• Perform test drives and explain vehicle benefits
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and deal documentation
• Collaborate with the finance and delivery teams for seamless transactions
