Job Summary

Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of high-volume HR transactions within SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), SAP, and ServiceNow. This role is primarily focused on data entry and transaction processing, with approximately 85% of the position dedicated to entering, updating, auditing, and maintaining employee data throughout the employee lifecycle. The position supports a high-volume HR Shared Services environment and requires exceptional attention to detail, productivity, data accuracy, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
