As an SPL, you will drive the tactical execution of multi-million-dollar projects, build deep client relationships with researchers at top AI labs, orchestrate the work of 1,000+ contributors, and ensure flawless operational execution. Core Responsibilities: - Operational Excellence: Design and manage end-to-end data pipelines; diagnose bottlenecks and restructure workflows - Customer Relationships: Primary point of contact for leading AI labs; run daily war rooms - Large-Scale Coordination: Manage 1,000+ distributed contributors in Slack workspaces - Quality Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to customers Compensation: Base salary $120K-$200K (SPL: $120K-$150K, Senior SPL: $150K-$200K) + Equity + Aggressive bi-annual bonus.
