About the Role: You’ll be a core member of Mercor’s Recruiting Operations team, supporting hiring across multiple functions. This role is focused on high-quality coordination, ATS (Ashby) management, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience at scale. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to keep processes running efficiently. What You’ll Do: - Own Scheduling & Coordination across screens, take-homes, virtual loops, and onsites - Maintain ATS (Ashby) & Pipeline Hygiene across all roles - Support Candidate Experience with clear, timely communication - Support Events & Onsite Logistics (Superdays, dinners, networking events) - Support recruiting operations projects and process improvements Compensation: Base Salary $90K – $120K + Equity + Quarterly Bonus. $15K relocation bonus, $10K housing bonus, $1.5K meal stipend, Free Equinox, $200 laundry, $200 wellness, Health/Dental/Vision, 401(k).
