Integrated Master Scheduler
Full-Time In-Person
InfoTech is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to support U.S. Navy Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, and Intelligence (C4I/C4ISR) modernization efforts. The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for the development, maintenance, integration and analysis of the program-level master schedule and additional schedules requested by the Program Manager. This position requires a deep understanding of scheduling principles and best practices as well as experience in briefing scheduling reports to different levels of leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for the development, maintenance, integration and analysis of the program-level master schedule and additional schedules requested by the Program Manager. This position requires a deep understanding of scheduling principles and best practices as well as experience in briefing scheduling reports to different levels of leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, integrate, and analyse large dynamic scedules in MS Project.
- Interface with Stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with program objectives.
- Validate scedule logic and refine scheduling needs.
- Monitor schedule performance and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Run and validate what-if scenarios for scheduling efficiency.
- Support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in achieving program objectives.
- Prepare scheduling briefs to be presented to different levels of leadership.
- Bachelor's degree plu 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience with Mircrosoft Project Online.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Detlek Acumen.
- Proficient with KIDASA Milestones Professional.
- Possess and maintains an Active Security Clearance.
