Intern Program at Tesla

The Intern Recruiting Team is driven by the passion to recognize and develop emerging talent. Our year-round program places the best students in positions where they will grow technically, professionally, and personally through their experience working closely with their Manager, Mentor, and team. We provide an experience that allows the intern to experience life at Tesla by including them in projects that are critical to their team’s success.

We are seeking a highly motivated full-stack software engineer intern to join the fastest growing area of Tesla: Energy. You will work on one of the highest visibility software systems on the Energy Team. A successful engineer is one that can incorporate product vision, cross-functional collaboration amongst firmware/hardware design, service engineering, diagnostics teams, manufacturing, quality and reliability firmware to execute efficiently and deliver a top-tier user experience through excellent engineering. While this role does not require you to come in as an expert on battery and energy systems, you will work on Megapacks and Superchargers.
