Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Trust Litigation Attorney to join an established trusts and estates practice. In this role, you will handle a variety of estate-related disputes, including trust and probate litigation, contested wills, and conservatorship matters. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide strategic legal counsel, advocate for clients, and contribute to achieving favorable outcomes in complex cases. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in estate-related litigation, including disputes involving trusts, wills, and conservatorships.

• Develop and implement case strategies tailored to estate planning conflicts, fiduciary disputes, and elder law matters.

• Draft and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and briefs for estate litigation.

• Conduct depositions, interview witnesses, and prepare expert testimony for court proceedings.

• Advocate for clients in courtroom trials, mediation sessions, and settlement negotiations.

• Collaborate with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and family members to navigate probate and conservatorship processes.

• Monitor compliance with relevant estate planning, probate, and conservatorship laws and regulations.

• Provide clear and strategic legal advice to clients throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

• • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• • 3+ years of litigation experience
• • Demonstrated expertise in legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• • Proven experience handling disputes involving wills, trusts, fiduciary obligations, and elder law
• • Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• • Strong negotiation, communication, and courtroom advocacy abilities
• • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
