Real Estate Paralegal

A highly respected, full-service law firm with a stellar reputation is seeking a talented paralegal to join its real estate team. What You’ll Do:

• Review and manage title and survey documents
• Record deeds and related filings
• Draft and amend lease agreements
• Assist with corporate tasks
• Support attorneys across the real estate practice group

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of substantive real estate paralegal experience
• Experience with title and survey
• Bachelor’s degree with an attorney attestation or paralegal certificate

Position Details:

• Billable target: 1400 hours/year
• Onsite: 3 to 4 days onsite DOE

Requirements:
