Responsibilities:

• Discovery
• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Depositions
• Court appearances
• Mediations
• Trial prep
• 1750 yearly billable requirement

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must reside in California (100% remote, but limited to in-state attorneys)
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 6+ months of California probate litigation experience as a California-licensed attorney
