Job Responsibilities
  • Plans, schedules and coordinates projects to ensure goals and deadlines are met 
  • Document changes and revisions to the project schedule, gathering status information and inputting data into the project schedule 
  • Solicit inputs from program functional leads 
  • Create, maintain, analyze, and report of all project schedules 
  • Identify milestones, critical path, and activities necessary to achieve project objectives and goals 
  • Conduct analyses of project schedules and activities to ensure compliance with the Schedule Management Plan, SOW, and overall project performance 
  • Maintain a schedule change long and configuration management of schedule files 
Education
  • College Degree
Successful Candidates Should Have​​
  • Experience with Critical Path Management (CPM) scheduling and planning 
  • Experience with managing enterprise, portfolio, or integrated schedules 
  • Experience with supporting cost and schedule integration 
  • Experience with performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) 
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) 
  • Experience developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a program and one pager summary level schedules 
  • Proficiency in adapting work style and developing creative ideas to improve processes 
  • Ability to embrace and participate in change initiatives 
  • Secret clearance 
  • BA or BS degree
