R&R Industries, Inc. in San Clemente, CA is looking to hire full-time Warehouse Support to join our team. This role is essential to ensure a smooth operation of our warehouse processes that include, but are not limited to the following four areas of the warehouse: Inventory Control, Receiving, Shipping as well as Order Picking. Team members will be cross-trained in these areas to expand their skill sets as well as to support operational flexibility and growth.
Pay is starting from $19/hr. depending on experience.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm or 6am - 2:30pm; depending on experience. Overtime required during peak seasons.
Warehouse Support Responsibilities:
 Support inventory management including container unloading and product storage
 Pre-plan incoming import shipments for efficient container unloading, locations, and space requirements.
 Offload and organize cartons for efficient pallet rack storage
 Restock inventory from the container into per-planned warehouse locations
 Assist with vendor deliveries, confirming that proper items and counts have been delivered
 Receive Po's according to procedure, confirming the correct product, color, quantity, and quality
 Stage items according to department with paperwork such as info sheets and pick tickets as needed
 Verifying the items, quantities, number of boxes, address, style, size and other related details are accurate for each shipment.
 Ship orders on time per provided instructions; manage Will Call, Future Ship, and confirmed orders
 Verifying orders are ready to ship by checking order status codes and QC'ing box labels.
 Picking orders according to style and size procedures and instructions provided for all customer orders
 Assist the Supervisor with managing the combo orders as needed
Warehouse Support Required Skills and Experience:
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 Must be able to carry loads up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
 Must be able to read and write English and possess basic math skills
 Computer experience is preferred but not required
 Warehouse experience preferred but not required
