Under the direction of the Supervisor Food & Beverage, the Busser is responsible for maintaining the appearance of their assigned work area and station by cleaning, stocking and organizing. They also responsible for delivering and expediting food orders and condiments to guests in various food venues as necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations and dining rooms. Ensures the floor is always clean and presentable. Disposes of all refuse accumulated during the assigned shift, including boxes. Keeps walkways clear of any debris, ensuring cleanliness as needed. Clears and wipes down tables and removes food trays to maintain a clean and organized presentation. 2. Ensures that stations are fully stocked with condiments, plastic ware, coffee, and other necessary items, maintaining a well-organized and efficient setup.
