Tesla is seeking a technically strong and execution-focused Equipment Engineer to lead the design, deployment, sustainment, and continuous improvement of Automated Mobile Robots (AMRs) and material conveyance systems supporting factory operations. This role owns equipment engineering across autonomous transport, tugger systems, dock automation, charging infrastructure, and supporting material flow hardware, ensuring safety, reliability, and scalability across the factory.
