Summary Operations Lead assists the operations and its management team to oversee the daily operations of the collection routes to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency are followed. Job Description Assist supervisors with any necessary paperwork and is responsible for the collection routes during supervisor’s absence. Ensure efficient and safe operation of all collection routes. Engage employees to create a safe, energetic work environment through feedback and recognition. Enforce Athens Services safety rules and regulations. Reports any unsafe situations to direct supervisor or manager. Assists with preparation of daily routes, route changes, vehicle replacements, dispatch duties and other work assigned.
