ABOUT THE POSITION The County of Riverside Temporary Assignment Program is seeking a Social Services Practitioner I- Per Diem to support the Office of Aging Department located in Riverside.   The incumbent in the position will provide initial client assessment through telephone contact and communicate with other Social Services Practitioner staff to carry out client service plans. The incumbent will perform home visits with clients to provide further assessment and application assistance for Social Services Programs.   Competitive candidates will have experience working with adult or homeless populations, can work independently, and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
