The County of Yolo is recruiting to fill two (2) regular, full-time positions in the class of Deputy Sheriff at the Yolo County Sheriffs Office. This assignment will be to patrol an assigned area and enforce State and local laws; to receive and serve civil processes and subpoenas; to supervise inmates in the jail facility; to perform duties as a courtroom bailiff; and to perform other related duties as required.

Prior sworn safety experience with a law enforcement agency shall be credited towards years of County service solely for the purpose of calculating longevity. In addition to the salary posted in this job bulletin, employees receive additional compensation, up to a total of 15% of base, by stacking a maximum of two of the following incentives:
