I. Job Summary The Program Manager, Key Accounts role provides high-level customer service for government and third-party accounts with minimal growth opportunities, such as school districts and large events. This position will require the employee to conduct customer site visits the majority of the week, including territory wide travel throughout northern CA and Reno, NV, with the rest of the week working from the WM area office in Sacramento (day travel with intermittent overnight travel).  II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities   Provide exceptional customer service to large accounts. Handle bid work. Conduct site visits, waste audits, and address safety concerns.
