I. Job Summary Manages the day-to-day collection operations of multiple sites a single Line of Business, establishes, and maintains performance and productivity metrics and cost management processes. Responsible for P&L. Landfill Operations Managers and/or Supervisors will report directly to this role. The District Manager (DM) oversees operations that resemble managing a high-volume manufacturing facility. In this environment, the inputs, the raw materials, can be unpredictable and subject to change, and the core operational systems are based on biological processes. This requires the DM to adapt to fluctuations in input quality and quantity while ensuring the biological systems function efficiently to maintain continuous production. Location : Novato primary location this role will support two sites. Travel: 1-2 days a week to Anderson, CA II.
